I am sponsoring this website for individuals who may have had an encounter with this person, as I did.  My intent is not to slander, malign or insult anyone.  My intent is to prevent others from being scammed by this person as I was.  Feel free to share you information with me.  It will only be posted on this website with your permission.

Supposedly has a background in heavy rigging equipment & possibly fiber optics.  Claims to be wealthy due to the sale of a fiber optics company.  Claimed to be a partner in Quantum Bits ... they have unequivocally denied any affiliation with Casey.  Also claims to own a pool renovation company.

He has been known to take advantage of both men and women financially.  Especially likes wealthy women who are free with their credit cards.

From sources in his past, it was reported to me that he can be both verbally and physically abusive when confronted.

8/27/15 - Casey has changed the spelling of his last name on Facebook (see above).  I am still receiving multiple reports of attempts to gain "investors".

5/4/15 - Receiving reports that Casey is frequenting Twin Peaks in The Woodlands.

4/6/2015 - Receiving reports that Casey is frequenting Kat Daddys on FM 1488 in Conroe.   Purteq continues to deny any affiliation with Casey Guillory.

1/11/2015 Recent reports indicate that Casey is in the Houston, TX area.

10/2014 - Casey no longer has a distributorship with Purteq.

8/2014 - Purteq has confirmed that Casey is a contract distributor for their product but has no rights to seek investors on Purteq's behalf. (888-584-9997).

7/18/2014 - I have received an email, with proof enclosed, regarding a sizable fraudulent check that was reportedly written by Casey recently on a closed account for his business, Surface Solutions. I have received an additional email reporting that monies were paid to Casey for services that he has yet to perform.  One additional report of an investor in the Purteq venture who believes a possible scam has occured. 

7/2014 - I am receiving reports that Casey may be scamming again.

10/2013 - Per Facebook page for Casey Guillory he claims to be the owner of a company called Surface Solutions in Texas.

10/28/12 - I spoke with Casey and he has indicated that he is turning over a new leaf and following the straight and narrow from now on.

7/23/12 - I have received reports that Casey is in the Conroe, Texas area and his parole has been turned over to the Texas authorities by New York.

3/8/12 - I have received an update that Casey has been released to a parole program in New York.

11/10 - Casey is due for a parole hearing sometime this month.  Earliest release date would be in March of 2011 if he is successful in getting parole.

6/10 - Casey is incarcerated in NY State for reportedly using the credit cards of a person who drowned in California.  Casey was travelling with this person at the time of the drowning.

2/10 - I have received information that Casey may be up to his old tricks.  My deal with him was that I would take this website down as long as he behaved.  I am publishing it again ... will work on verifying the latest info I have regarding forgery and another charge.  Will update as soon as I have concrete info.

3/08- I have received an email from the yahoo account that Casey has been known to use.  The person represents themself as Casey.  He has indicated that he realizes the errors of his past ways and is attempting to make a new life for himself. 

12/07 Casey was paroled.

7/25/07 - Arrested in NYC on charges of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property valued at more than $1000.  He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.  Court appearance scheduled for first week in September.

7/10/07 - Casey may be back in NYC using an alias.  He has been released from both the NY and TX prisons.  May still be on parole though.

7/5/06 - Casey is arrested in Ft. Lauderdale. He is in violation of probation in NYC and is wanted for charges of credit card theft in Texas.
7/4/06 - Casey is still in Ft. Lauderdale posing as a boat captain, Capt. John Breslin.
6/15/06 - Casey is reported to be in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
5/30/06 - Casey is reported to be frequenting The Clay Hotel in South Miami Beach.

3/17/06 - Casey Guillory is reportedly frequenting the Antartica Bar located at 287 Hudson Street, NYC, NY 212-352-1666. He is representing himself as an owner/partner in a company called Quantum Bit.

Manhattan District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau announced today the indictment of two Texas residents for the possession of stolen stamps worth $50,000.

On June 3, 2004 CASEY GUILLORY, aka "CASEY EDWARDS", aka "MATTHEW POWERS", 32, and JENNIFER TAYLOR, 24, tried to sell numerous rare collectible stamps to an employee at H.R. Harmer Inc., an auction house which specializes in stamps, located at 3 East 28th Street. He recognized the stamps as part of a missing million dollar collection that was stolen from a stamp collector's office in Houston, Texas approximately one month ago. The employee had been notified by the original owner of the stamps and specifically recognized two Amelia Earhart "Mexicos," which are considered extremely rare and are worth approximately $8,000 each. He asked the defendants to come back the next day with the stamps and immediately alerted the police. The defendants returned and tried to sell 11 approval cards - cards made of heavy black paper and covered in plastic, which allow a collector or dealer to store and/or display stamps and can hold a single stamp, pairs, or a series. All 11 approval cards had a certificate of authentication on the back and were valued at $13-$14,000. On June 4, 2004 at about 12:30 pm GUILLORY and TAYLOR were arrested in the auction house.

As part of the investigation, court-authorized search warrants were executed inside the defendants' hotel room at the Royalton Hotel at 44 West 44th Street. The warrant resulted in the recovery of two long red boxes containing over 500 black approval cards, which displayed multiple stamps and the two Amelia Earhart stamps. The collection recovered in the hotel room was valued at over $37,000.

CASEY GUILLORY, of 201 South Belmont, Conroe, Texas and JENNIFER TAYLOR, of 9000 Vantage Point, Dallas, Texas have been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree, which is a Class C felony punishable up to 15 years in prison. GUILLORY is currently in jail on $100,000 bail. TAYLOR is currently in jail on $10,000 bail. Both defendants will be arraigned on the indictment on June 24, 2004 in New York State Supreme Court. Today's actions are part of a continuing investigation.

Assistant District Attorney Jessica Cadorine is in charge of the prosecution.
